Service Item table not updating after submission of service request

Hi,

Please I have an issue where my Service Item table does not update after I send a request from the Service Catalog. ( I do get successful submission notification). When I look in Service Item Manager (Manage Service Items). However I am able to manually populate the Service Item table from "Manage My Service Items".

Please what could be the cause of this issue. Any help is much appreciated.
