We prefix our OU's with "ST: " to group all of them within the list of OUs. Since go-live, we have accumulated A TON of OUs that appear before the service teams. This makes permissioning new queues as well as permissioning dictionaries tiresome when when you have to continually click the "NEXT" button to find the service team. If we add a "space" before the "ST: " it will bring the service team to the front of the list of OU. We're looking at adding a "space" to the beginning of all service team names but didn't know this may cause a problem.
Does anyone think doing so would cause problems with existing services? Obviously it would if we had ISF or conditions tied to the OU name, but that isn't the case here. Any help would be greatly appreciated especially if you have a better naming convention for service teams!
