Service Volume: Request trend by service report

I remember that we used to be able to determine the period of the report. ie. we can enter the start & end date. Now it seems that we can only choose a year and a quarter at a time, which I find to be rather limiting. There are times when we want to see year-to-date report.

Is that the new way the report is built up? We don't have the Advanced Reporting.

Hi Christine,

There are some additional reports in Service Volumes and Activity folder which allow you to select specific date ranges. These reports are named Request Activity by Service, Request Activity Summary, and Request Activity Details. I believe one or more of those reports will give you the information you need.
