Table of contents

Is it possible to create a table of contents to provide the customers with a total overview of the services or products available in the catalog? If so, how to build it?

Hi Christine,

We'd be interested in this too - looking at service-now and some of the other tools - they have some great 'directory' structures of services and feedback we often get is that it can be difficult to find things (multiple clicks, multiple screens).   You could maybe use SQL to try and build a structure on the fly using the category tables but not sure.

We have a 'top 10' list of services for each of our service groups (FM, IS&T, Procurement, Payroll, etc) but these are all manual/static HTML, which means that they are not 'permissions-aware' which has caused some issues when people order on behalf.
