Tracking progress of a request using reporting
Hi,
Does anyone know if there is a way to track the progress of a request using the reporting tool? We have some services which are quite long lasting and some service owners are asking if there is a way to track the progress.
Ideally it would resemble some like the following:
Service Name: Week 1 “in progress”
Service Name: Week 2 “On Hold”
Service Name: Week 3 “On Hold”
Service Name: Week 4 “in progress”
Service Name: Week 5 “Completed”
Does anyone know a way of achieving this?

Like David said, there is no "Hold" status for the request. The datamart does not save the status history of a request. Typically a request would go through awaiting authorization, in-progress and then completion (or cancellation in one of these steps).
However, you do have the dates for which each of the tasks under the request was completed so you can build a report either in the way David showed it or in the form of
Service Name, Request Number, Service Tasks, Service Task Status, Ta
