Open requests with checklists cannot be updated in order to complete the task since upgrade to 2009.1
We are in process of upgrading to 2009.1 and after the upgrade our servcie team members no longer have access to update checklist within an assigned tasks. Has anyone seen this issue in prior upgrades to 2008 or currently to 2009? Thanks
Does this deal with viewing form data in service manager from pre submitted RC2008 requests?
We ran into an issue when trying to access requests in SM...majority of the data was missing from the form that were submitted in RC2006. Any requisition submitted after we upgraded to RC2008 displayed fine. If so, newScale certified a hotfix for this issue several days ago...we tested this and it seems to resolve the issue. Note: we are in process of testing 9.1 SP1 upgrade and have not deployed this version in prod.
