Service values for Inbound and Outbound adapter for an HPSD Work Order agent do not get deployed to target environment.
When performing a catalog deployment, a group of fields do not get deployed. The Inbound and Outbound values in a Service Authorization for an HPSD Work Order agent do not get set. The values in the Service are necessary for work orders to fire. After a catalog deployment, the values have to be set manually.
Please open a case with Customer Care on this one. In the meantime, though, here is some advice from our technical trainer.
This is a bit of a chicken-and-egg situation. Since the service refers to the agent, the agent needs to be deployed before the service, via Custom Deployment. However, the agent refers to fields in the service, so they don't get properly deployed.
If you try to deploy the agent again, it *might* work.
