Should a service team manager be able to view an unapproved authorization task for their OUs?
We have a support team who said a few months ago, they were able to view in Service Manager, within the Requisitions folder, all unapproved authorization tasks; they were able to view & determine who was holding up the request... when there were 2 authorization tasks, they could determine which authorizer to follow up with, etc.
did this recently change? How should it be working?
A user with the appropriate roles/capabilities can search for and view authorization tasks in ServiceManager. The would most commonly (but not exclusively) be seen as follows:
(1) User has a role which includes the Manage Work capability and is a member of the service team that owns the service (the service team that owns the service group in which the service resides in ServiceDesigner)
(2) User has a role which includes the Global Delivery Search capability.
