5520 CSC "CSC SSM gui services stopped"

                   I have a customer with a ASA5520 with a CSC module. Unable to log into the CSC gui directly or via the Link within the ASDM.

We removed the card and installed it into his spare ASA and show the same issue.

We put the spare card in the active ASA and is working properly

So, we are now working with the spare unit with the CSC card that will load load the GUI service.

We tried reset, reload etc still to no avail

We plan to reload the image to the card but cannot read the original license number.

We think that when we reload the image we will loose the license.

How do we go about this?

We reloaded the software and license and having the same problem, GUI service is not running
