Blank device and policy pages in CSM 3.1.1 SP3

Hi everyone,

have a strange issue here: from one day to the other CSM 3.1.1 SP3 does not show any devices (using 42xx and IDSM2) or even the policy. The devices are accessible themselves, and they do fire if signatures are triggered. Anybody has a clue, or even same experience? Will CSM 3.2 help?

Do you run into any issues when CSM tries to connect authenticate to System Context?

Smalkeric, can not confirm. CSM starts up properly, and we can see proper communication between CIDS devices and CSM. However, CSM does not - after startup - show us any devices, neither policy detauils and assignments.

After launching the CSM client , can you click on the "All" link in the device tree. This should show the devices in CSM.

Is it possible to send a screen snapshot ?

All,

we fixed the issue with a CSM installation restore. Seems anyway to be a Cisco bug, will take this with the TAC.
