CAS 5.0.0.189, agents bounced back to group

We have something strange going on. When we move agents from one group to another, we see some agents back in their original group after a while. It doesn't happen to all agents, just some.

I know there is a new feature in CSA 5.0 in which you can make this happen (hosts managing tasks) but we did not configure this.

Anyone?

For some reason certain hosts move back to their original agent kit groups. It's usually after a problem on the host (check the Windows app and system event logs).

In the case of hosts where the the original group or agent kit is gone, they end up on no groups.

Not sure why this happens but there are several other posts on here about it.
