Cisco IPS-4255-K9 First Time - Beginner Users

Hi Guys and Experters.

Normaly I don't buy firewall to protect my dedicate server b/c i can lease from my hosting provider but now I moved my server to colocation near my place so i can have a hand on expericense.

I have 3 ips address which i received from my colo providers.

They are not private ip address

77.xxx.xxx.15  and 77.xxx.xxx.16 and 77.xxx.xxx.17

My web hosting server IP is 77.xxx.xxx.15

My IPS-4255-K9 management port is 77.xxx.xxx.16

Can you guide me step by step to set it up properly so my IPS can block all DDOS / SYN attack traffics and the good traffics can go to my webhosting server port 80 77.xxx.xxx.15

Internet cloud ---  my webhosing provbider switch---------myips4255--------mywebserver

How and what step by step can be done so it can be working properly. Thank you all

Both  , IPS-4255 and my Webserver is online but i'm clueless from there.
