Console port for IDSM-2

Hi friends,

I am unable to access the main application partition image of IDSM-2.

Even though i can access the maintenence partition of IDSM-2, i can't update the software on the app partition.

I tried gaining console access to the IDSM-2 internal ports in the middle of motherboard. But i see that there are two console ports inside the module: one being PC Console and other being LCP console. Which one do i need to access? Also which cable i need to use to connect to this port? What are the terminal settings supposed to be?

Any guidelines on using these built-in ports will be highly appreciated and helpful. We need some guidance on how to recover the IDSM image in this mode.
