CSA "don't ask me again" check box does not work

Hi all,

I am trying to configure CSA

When in learn mode I have checked "allow" and "don't ask me again" boxes.

However everytime I start the application I am still prompted for user action.

I notice that each time this process is started it gives me a different process ID.

Is there a way to prevent this from happening everything I start this application?

Hello Ian,

What type of rule and how did you define the application?

Did you reset the agent and host from the MC?

Did you isolate that host so that only that rule is applied to it?

The PID should not matter (at least it didn't in my case).
