CSA WINDOWS AGENT KIT CRASH VISTA OS

Dear All,

When i installed the CSA 5.1 test mode Desktop agent kit for windows to the Microsoft Vista Op System, the system crash and getting the blue screen.I finally uninstall the CSA agent kit.

Note:- The kit working with Windows XP.

Could anyone help me to solve this issue.

Yes, don't install CSA on Windows Vista. It's not supported.

Wait for v6 due out sometime in 2008.
