execUpgradeSoftware : AnalysisEngine is currently busy and unable to process this update

Hi,

the below error is shown  whenn trying to update a 4240 IPS , i tried the solution mentionned in this page https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-3589

but the directory /usr/cids/idsRoot/var/virtualSensor and /usr/cids/idsRoot/var/virtualSensor does not exist

the below was found in the directory   /usr/cids/idsRoot/var/

bash-2.05b# cd /usr/cids/idsRoot/var/                                                                                             

bash-2.05b# ls

H225Q931Regex2.pmz                            fixed-tcp.pmz

H225SetupRegex1.pmz                           fixed-udp.pmz

application-policy-enforcement-http.bod1.pmz  iplogs

application-policy-enforcement-http.ctm1.pmz  multi-string-tcp.pmz

application-policy-enforcement-http.met1.pmz  nac.shun.txt

application-policy-enforcement-http.xfr1.pmz  service-http.pmz

application.policy.enforcement.ftp1.pmz       state.pmz

atomic-ip-advanced.pmz                        string-tcp.pmz

eventStore                                    updates

events.tar.gz

does deleting the .pmz files will solve this issue
