How to determine if a SSC-5 IPS is overloaded?

I've read several posts on that I should be looking at the SSC-5's "Processing Load Percentage" instead of the CPU load to determine the health of the module. But at what processing load percent indicates an overloading of the IPS? Should I be looking at this percentage and some other variables like dropped packets?

Hi,

The inspection load will tell you if it is overload. Another indication is that you will see overruns on the interfaces.
