I have ASA5520 with AIP-SSM-10

Now this IPS is in detection mode now I want to put in protection mode.I want singnature description (details) So I can easily fine tund the IPS.

Can tell me anybody where I can get each Signature description

Have you looked at http://tools.cisco.com/security/center/home.x

You can also look at a signature by editing the signature. Not that you want to change anything but you can get a detailed look at what the signature is looking for.
