IDS 4235 Appliance "Error: While loading shared libraries"

Hi,

There is a problem with IDS 4235 at login the error report is pasted as follows

-cidcli: error while loading shared libraries: libstlport_gcc.4.5.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

I tried recovering the appliance image through direct monitor and keyboard connected to IDS as well through Console the same login prompt appears at every correct login credentials entered need a solution to this problem
