IDS error message

hi

I have 4200 series IDS.

Its work fine last couple of month. but now its not work. when i login and see a error message come interval 10 sec.

the error message

ct-sensorApp.1249 not responding, please check system processes-the connect to the specified lo:: server pipe failed----

It is the hardware problem, pls anyone help.

What is the software version you are running? You need to supply that. It sounds like sensorApp has crashed for some reason. You may need an upgrade to address a possible bug (if that is what is happening here) but we need to see what version you are running first.

Reboot your sensor and type 'show ver'
