Interfaces (IPS 5.x)

When i try to configurate the physical interfaces of a sensor (IDS 4250 XL with version 5.1). I get:

Error: Object loading failed. An error occurred trying to get the interface information. Unrecognize SSL message, plaintext connection?

Any suggestion?

The issue may be that you have not applied the 2.1 SP1, you will need to do that first. Then you can install 2.2 and SP1 for 2.2.
