IPS auto update

dear sir,

I need to enable Auto update on my IPS using ASDM (AIP-SSM-10).what can i use as the IP address, username and password etc,

When you choose the option "Enable Signature and Engine Updates from Cisco.com", the Cisco.com URL will automatically be filled in with the correct URL. Unless you don't have it, it's "https://198.133.219.25//cgi-bin/front.x/ida/locator/locator.pl".

The username and password would be your cisco CCO account.

It will use the IPS management ip address to connect to cisco.com, so the IPS mgmt ip address needs to have Internet connectivity.
