IPS Manager Express 7.2.1 Event Status Disconnected

Installed IPS ME 7.2.1 new install on Windows 2008R2 (brand new install) with nothing else running on box.

I have to restart the Cisco IPS Manager Express service (in services.msc) almost everyday due to the Event Status box showing "not connected".

I see no errors reported in windows event viewer. Restarting the service corrects the issue.

Any idea what may be wrong?
