The Catalyst 6500 series switch requires the IDSM-2 module. You could google the string

"cisco idsm-module price" and you would have to go to the third or fourth page to find grey market devices/refurbished equipment.

For original licensed Cisco equipment you could contact any of Cisco's resellers in your area.
