IPS snmp traps unable to decrypt

I have inputed the required mib files for CISCO-CIDS-MIB. However my snmp monitor tools still send me a whole payload of numbers. What is still required for CISCO-CIDS-MIB. The required mib files i taken from is http://tools.cisco.com/Support/SNMP/do/BrowseMIB.do?local=en&step=2&mibName=CISCO-CIDS-MIB

Cisco IPS Sensor Software Version 5.0 supports Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) to deliver alarm information through SNMP traps. SNMP can also be used to query the sensor for critical sensor statistics and health. Sensor health information can also be obtained at the management console.
