New IDS-4215 password

Dear Sir!

Because of forgotten console password, I made Cisco IPS Recovery procedure during my IDS-4215 loading. But when I login with default username= cisco, password=cisco, the system asked me to change it's password immediately.

Then, when I entered new password, the system tell me:

"Authentication token manipulation error"

And I cannot enter the system configuration prompt from console anytime.

Can you tell me, how can I resolve this problem anyway?

Error "Authentication token manipulation error" means that the old password is incorrect. Please try cisco again an then the new password. The default passwords are case sensitve. Check if the password is correct and try re-entering again. This should work.
