I have a question about Cisco Guard Recovery. I have a couple of Guard and Detector. Their current software version are 220.127.116.11. Suddenly, Guard failed several days ago. I found that Guard device(IBM x345) didn't recognize hard disk and RAID information. So I tried to reinstall Linux OS using file "Guard Base 18.104.22.168.iso" that was downloaded from CCO. But when I try to reinstall OS after inserting image CD, I saw the message "Do you have Driver Diskette?" and when I choose "No" I didn't progress anything. What should I do? There were not any driver diskette or CD except for documentation CD in original Guard device's package box. Can I download driver file from CCO? If yes, which file do I download? Let me know about the above, please.
