We will be releasing a 4.x version of 5799/0 in sigupdate s245, however, it does not have the fidelity of the 5.x signature. We do not have the same engines available to us in 4.x as we do in 5.x, and as such the 4.x signature is prone to false positives.
Make note that the 4.x signature in s245 is shipping as DISABLED by default.
