special character usage in service-http regex

I'm trying to configure a custom signature to fire if some special characters (#,´) are found in URI. Problems:
- \# in uri-regex doesn't fire (eq. www.xyz.xx/#)
- \´ looks to be an illegal character I didn't even manage to configure the signature.
Any clues? Is it possible to use unicode or hex representation of the characters in regex?

Thanks.
