Unable to connect to any signature update server

dear sir,

I use Catalyst 6513 + 1 module IDSM-2. I use Cisco VMS to manage IDSM. Now, when I connect to IDSM, and I use the function "Automatic Signature Download" and I have an account CCO and password. However, I can not download to update singnature for IDS. I see the error : " Could not connect to CCO: Automatic Signature Download". I have check the routing and I see OK. From module IDSM, I can tracert to http://www.cisco.com port 80 and I can tracert to many other websites. I don't know why I can not update signature. Please answer me early.

Is it possible you are having proxy server problems? There is a setting for a proxy server in IPS Manager 3.0.
