78XX not available in CUCM 9.1.2

Dear all,

We have CUCM 9.1.2.11900-12 and we have uploaded this device package: cmterm-devicepack9.1.2.12024-1.cop

In the release notes of this version appear the compatibility with 78XX:

http://www.cisco.com/web/software/282074299/110072/cmterm-devicepack-9_1_2_12024-1_Readme.pdf

...but after upload this device package and reboot all cluster I can't find in Device Defaults Configuration the new 78XX models. The same manner I can't add any 78XX device.

Any idea?

Thanks so much.

Run "show version active" on all nodes and make sure it shows the device pack as being installed.

Hi,

Please have a look to the below link

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/compat/devpack_comp_mtx.html#pgfId-262585

In this Link the 9.1.2 supports cmterm-devicepack9.1.2.11012-1.cop.sgn for 78xx compatibilty.

this doc was updated on the 10 April 2014.

Raaj.

Hi,

recently we did migration from CUCM 7 to 9 and the device pack cmterm-devicepack9.1.2.11012-1.cop.sgn was added for 78XX series and it worked.

regds,

aman

I checked that cmterm-devicepack9.1.2.12024-1.cop appear in all nodes in "show version active"

cmterm-devicepack9.1.2.11012-1.cop.sgn it's a older device package...

Any idea?

Thanks.
