Hi all, do you know if its possible to assign for example Extension mobility service on 7911 softkey button? Instead of entering that over services through phone menu. It doesnt have to be EM Im asking if there is chance to put on softkey anything else than "softkey template" menu in CCM 4.2 offers to you... Thanks a lot.

sorry that's not possible natively, you can reach DEV support for this as CUCM does not provide tools to do this

don' try TAC, they can't help on this
