7945 on CUCM 5.1.3

I need to add some 7945 phones to a CUCM 5.1.3, what I need to do to make that these phones appear on the CUCM, or I need to uploaded as another type of phone?

You may upgrade to latest

Cisco Unified Communications Manager 5.1(3a)

or latest ES if it is not in 5.1(3)
