Is there a way to broadcast a message through our Bogan Pagaing System that you access via the Avaya PBX. You can access it on a digital Avaya Phone by dialing a three digit number. Is there a way to access it with a Cisco IP phone that connects to the Avaya PBX via an ISDN Line?

Sure simply create a route pattern that points to the Avaya trunk and dial it, ensure the dialed digits are pointing to the paging system on Avaya side.

I created a route pattern called 776 which is the three digit number used to access the PA Paging System.
When I dial this from an IP Phone is says your call can not be completed as dialed.
