Hi - We are running CUCM6.1 and attendant console. Is there a way to stop the console fron popping up every time an incoming call arrives? I can't find any mention of it in the doco, but don't remember it donig it when using CCM4.1.

Hi Matt,
Have you tried to use this method to enable / disable "Pop to Top" on AC
Note: To toggle the pop-to-top feature on and off, press Alt + P.
