call manager 5.1 backup ccmdb error

Hi, 

We got an error at ccmdb part while getting a backup of callmanager (publisher and subscriber on MCS 7825 servers) . Error message is in attachment.

Does anyone help me to resolve this issue? Thanks...

hello,

there a lot of bugs with cucm 5 with drf backup.

i check the log file and best option for you is to stop the CAR service manually before peforming the backup.

Call manager is at the remote site. is it safe to stop services of call manager,especially this version of Call Manager, running at remote site?

yes it is safe to stop car service!!

you can take the back up and start the services again.
