Hi All, I have a site that's using Unified Communications Manager Express version 7.1. The music on hold is a little bit distorted. Does anyone have any recommendations in fixing an issue like this?

Is your MOH file sampled at the correct rate? It needs to be 8 bit 8-khz. I had a similar issue and I had a problem with the audio file. Check this link
