I have a CME 9.1 with an ATA187 registered against it, but no matter what I do I cannot get it to upgrade it's firmware. When the ATA boots I can see it looking for the load file and opengin it;

but if I browse to the ATA's IP address the App Load ID and SW_version ID do not change.
Any suggestions please?
