Cisco 7821 voice mail button not working

Hai 

i am facing issue with cisco 7821 voicemail button ,its inactive

Al voice mail profile and pilot configured properly and only this model has issue

call manager version 10.5

Changed sip load version still same result

please help

Are you able to dial the Vm pilot number directly from this specific phone ?

Hello Gyus,

Same issues facing for me, VM button inactive on 7821 and 8851 all the phone but i can able to call VM number.
