Cisco router as registrar server

I always used PBX to cisco sip trunking without registration, with VoIP calls passing both direction in "blind" mode.

Can routers like 1751 or 1760 act as registrar servers in a telephony service provider fashioned way ?

My pbx sip trunk allow only registration to a sip registrar server to be able to place and receive calls.

I need to use a 1751 as SIP to ISDN gateway for this pbx , can I configure this router to accept sip registration request ?

If yes , do you know a basic documentation about to starting from ??

Thank you very much.

No you cant use it as a registrar. Cisco IOS gateways do not act as registrars..
