CP-9971 Video Phones are not seen in UCM 7.1.3

Hi,

We are running UCM 7.1.3. Customer brought up Cisco 9971 Video Phones,but when we are adding these phone we are not able to see the Cisco 9971 phone in the list.

Please suggest us to resolve this one. Please let us know if we need to add patch,if it is required please let me know the procedure for installing the patch and where we can get the patch.
