CUCM 7.1 User Web Page not working

I am having an issue that when I go to the CCMUser webpage on our 7.1 server, I receive the login page but after entering my credentials, the page says loading but it never actually completes the process.  CCMAdmin works fine and I have stopped & restarted the Cisco Tomcat service.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Have you added the user to the Standard CCM End Users group?

If yes then are you using a supported browser? - try IE 6 or later.

Also, is this LDAP integrated or using the built-in informix user DB?
