CUCM 7 RingTone upload

I am trying to configure a ringtone and allow others to add this ring tone.

I am aware that I have to configure the file in a wav file with PCM or uLaw format. I need to then upload the file via tftp using CM admin. Then edit the xml file.

Problem is, when i upload the file and then search for it to verify the file, i cant find it !

Any help on this process would be great.

You should try Cisco Phone Designer.  It's free from Cisco and make the ringtone, wallpaper upload much easier.
