CUE message length question

Hi all. A little frustrated on this one, but Im working on our own CME and Ive noticed while setting up a new user to have voicemail that if I leave a message for about only 1 to 2 seconds (saying "testing testing" and hang up), it doesnt leave the message with the new user. But, if I leave a message thats a little longer, it will leave the message with the user. Is there a configurable setting for this somewhere? Thanks.

ok, didnt know this, but you have a 2 second minimum timeframe to leave a message. I was leaving one for shorter than 2 seconds, therefore the message was not completing. Cisco TAC informed me that a message must be at least 2 seconds and no shorter.
