FXO Disconnect Issue

I use C3945, in that router running IVR on Router with tcl script for incoming call. I've a problem with disconnect on FXO. Sometimes FXOs remain off-hook even if the incoming call is ended. When I input "show call active voice brief", I saw the duration of the call 1d2h.

Here is the syntax on FXO port

voice class custom-cptone Disconnect

dualtone disconnect

  frequency 450

  cadence 363 343

voice-port 0/0/0

supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call

supervisory custom-cptone Disconnect

cptone ID

timeouts call-disconnect 1

timeouts ringing 10

timeouts wait-release 1

timing hookflash-out 50

When the FXOs shut and no shut, FXOs running well for a while, but the ports will remain off-hook again.

Did i missed something ?

Probably the tone configuration is wrong.

I've captured the packet RTP disconnect tone with wireshark and convert it to file audio (extension au).

I attach the file. Please advice what is the value of the tone ?

Most likely your frequency and cadence are set incorrectly. You need to find the right frequency and cadence..

Yes, i also think there is error value frequency and cadence but I've done like the link that you suggest and the problem still appears

I dont see your frequency and cadence configuration. Ensure you use the link I sent to you to set the proper values. Thats the only way I know you can resolve it

Why do you have disconnect at the end of the voice class? I dont think it should be there. I also suggest you use multiple frequencies...The key is to get your frequency and cadence as accurate as possible..
