I'm looking for help with querying UC Manager nodes for information on currently parked calls. A customer wants to integrate this information into an internal application but I'm not sure how to get it (in real time) out of UC Manager.
Specifically they need:
-Park DN
-Parked by DN
-ANI of call
-Timestamp of when call was parked
-(Optional) Original DNIS if this is not overwritten when parked.
I'm hoping this is possible with the XML Serviceability interface but I don't understand SOAP enough to read the WSDL and know what I can get back from UCM.
Any helpful information would be highly appreciated (and rated).

This appears to only be possible through JTAPI. I am working with SynApps (syn-apps.net) to write a "dashboard" web page that shows this information.
