How to upload my firmware cp-3905 ip phone to router

Please i need help,

Actually i have a cisco phone 3905, I need to load the firmware into in my router (telephony-service). I've tried to upload a tar file but i can't find my phone in the list when doing "Load?" command. Somebody help please...

The problem appears to be that you have configured telephony service for SCCP, you need to configure it for SIP, please use the following as a reference

Hello Manish,

You were right about my configurations, i used the link you shared and my CME loaded  the phone's firmware...

But actually have a lil pb my phone doesn't load neither the ip address provided by my dhcp nor the firmware...don't know whether the problem is at the level of the switch or on the router..

Try assigning a static IP address to the IP phone and see if that works to rule out dhcp issues.

I attributed a static address but got a new problem..the phone is stucked on "provisioning" since then don't know whether it's normal...

Can you check if the TFTP server address is correctly mentioned on the 3905.

What is the CME version? You can check the procedure to install and upgrade CME and phone firmware below

Thanks for your reply Manish the CME version i use is 10.0..I have installed the CME and uploaded the phone's firmware into the flash but when proceeding in the "telephony service" with the load command i can't see my phone's version

Before we are using up phone 3905 the firmware is uploaded related to this phone but I am trying to upload up phone 7800 firmware but unable to do that

From your document the IP phone 3905 is using the SIP protocole and that is what i've downloaded.. don't really know where i went wrong
