Integrating Global Address List from Outlook to UC500 series

Hi All.

I'm trying to find out how to integrate the Global Address List from MS Outlook to UC520 and UC540. Couldn't find much how to do that.

For example, I want to open MS Outlook address book on a PC, press the phone number to ring out and the system will automatically ring that number out.

I've found that "Cisco Unified CallConnectors for Desktop Applications" should be installed on the UC520. Is there other way to do that? Where can I get this application?

Is there the same story with UC540 or it's more advanced so could be done in the other way?

Does anybody use Cisco Click to Call software? I have a problem to configure that, for example, what to put in WebDialer Service window and CCMCIP Service window? What do they mean those Services?
