IP Communicator long press touch tones

I have IP Communicator 8.6.2.0 running from CUCM  7.1.5.32900-2.  I was wondering if there is a way of setting it up, as I can't find it anywhere, so that if I hold down on a number I get a continous touch tone.  I have an emergency phone on campus that requires a long press of # for two seconds to disconnect after programming.  I have setup a 7960 to do it but would like to do it without having to break out a second phone if I don't have to.  If there is no way of switching this that is fine as well.  I can hold down on a number on the number pad but it is not a continous tone, it is a stutter.

Not AFAIK, this is not a signal as an analog phone, this is a single message that you pressed something on the phone.
