maximum calls on FXO E&M

Hi,

I would like to know how many simultaneous calls a single FXO and E&M Port supports. I understand both can be used to do trunking, I did some research but unable to find the max simulatenous calls limit on each of these two ports. Any document explaining this is highly appreciated.
